Job summary

theagencygroup is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to join a busy team across the East Midlands. You will be working on industrial sites, using specialist cleaning equipment and carrying out a range of cleaning duties to keep sites clean, safe and running smoothly.

The role is hands-on, requires a full UK driving licence, and involves travel to multiple sites. Training can be provided for CSCS where needed, and you’ll be part of a proactive team focused on safety and efficiency.

If you’re someone who enjoys a hands-on job, doesn’t mind getting stuck in and likes being out and about rather than working in the same place every day, this could be a great opportunity.

We’re looking for an Industrial Cleaner to join a busy team working across a variety of sites throughout the East Midlands.

This isn’t your standard office cleaning role. You’ll be working in industrial environments, using specialist cleaning equipment and carrying out a range of cleaning duties to help keep sites clean, safe and running as they should.

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out industrial cleaning across a variety of customer sites
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and machinery
• Working as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Travelling to sites throughout the East Midlands
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times

What are we looking for?

Previous industrial cleaning experience would definitely be an advantage, but just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and happy with a very hands-on, active role.

You’ll need:

• A full UK driving licence – this is essential
• A good work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
• To be comfortable working in industrial environments
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to different sites across the East Midlands
• Previous industrial cleaning experience would be advantageous
• A CSCS card would be ideal, although for the right person, training can be provided to obtain one

You’ll either travel to site with other members of the team or, where required, drive a company van which will be provided.

This is a 45-hour working week and would suit someone who prefers a busy, practical role where no two days are necessarily the same.
