Job summary

Actemium is seeking an Industrial Business Manager for their Folkestone site. You will report to the Head of Business in France and lead a cross-functional team of site electrical engineers across design, commissioning, and client liaison.

Responsibilities include analysing client needs, designing tailored solutions, coordinating with the French design office, overseeing testing phases, and ensuring client satisfaction with on-time delivery; fluency in French is preferred and a strong background

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (NQ level 6 or above) with minimum 3 years in an industrial environment.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Office suite, CFO / CFA, Automation, Videoprotection.
• Fluent in French.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical software and main electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client's functional needs and define them to specification.
• Participate in the design of tailored solutions and be part of the quoting phase.
• Be involved and animate all the project phases.
• Coordinate and supervise projects with the Design office in France.
• Manage all the testing phases for the programs.
• Guarantee client satisfaction to the highest standard.
• Build and manage a team of two site Electrical Engineers.

Mind Partner is a HeadHunting search firm with offices in London, Paris an Dublin. We are now proudly partnering with Actemium to find their new Business Manager for their Folkestone technical site.

Actemium has recently set-up a new Technical Center in FOLKESTONE, and they are now looking to appoint their new Industrial Business Manager who willbe in charge of their main industrial Client projects while liaising with Actemium’s team in France.

You will report directly to the Head of Business based in France. Youwill manage autonomously a ll different phases of Actemium’sclient P roject , from D esign to C ommissioning on Client site. You will be the mainpoint of contact between the Client and the internal development teams.

Requirements

About you:

• You hold a degree in E lectrical E ngineering - NQ level 6 or above with aminimum of 3 years experience i nan industrial environment.
• Excellentknowledge of Autocad, the Office suite, CFO / CFA, Automation, Videoprotection.
• You speak French,
• Knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical software andthe main electrical standards related to the company's fields of activity .
• You are well organised with excellent communication skills,
• Youhave excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesis ,
• Youhave excellent customer service skills,
• Youare a hardworking, driven and thorough professional,
• Youwork with methodology and you have the ability to manage the differentsteps in the project while being able to work on and meetstrict deadlines,
