Job summary

Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking an experienced Induction Planner for Civil Aftermarket Operations to manage supplier relationships, delivery performance and forecasting for engine inductions across a global network. The role focuses on on-time delivery, load capacity planning and continuous improvement within a high‑volume aftersales environment.

You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to prioritise issues, drive corrective actions and ensure compliance across the value stream,

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong communication across cultures and teams.
• Ability to influence in a complex matrix organisation.
• Experience with planning, control, recovery planning and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier engagement to deliver induction readiness and 13-week plan.
• Own induction readiness for two weeks, expanding to four-week queues per base.
• Manage daily governance and coordination of pre-induction activities.
• Own the Removal to Induction (R2I) process and escalation points.
