Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain tropical plants across a range of client sites. You will work from the Chester Branch, covering Manchester, with a 40-hour week and a competitive salary. The role offers training and progression within a busy landscaping business.

Key duties include watering, feeding, pest control, installation support and documentation. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous.
• Qualification in Horticulture desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Water, feed and pest control of live plant displays.
• Replace dead, dying or overgrown displays.
• Maintain artificial plant displays.
• Assist with plant display installations.
• Assist with seasonal installations.
• Ensure maintenance dockets and documentation are completed.
