Job summary

St Michael’s Primary School, Withyham, is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) for 22.50 hours per week and a separate 5 hours as MDSA (Lunchtime), term time only.

The post involves supporting pupils with their learning under the direction of the class teacher or SENCo, 1:1 or small groups, and providing lunchtime/PPA class cover. Salary £24,796 pro rata per annum and start as soon as possible. Closing date 24 August 2026.

Role details
