Prospectus is excited to support a national children's charity in their search for a home-based Individual Giving Manager.

This organisation runs over 1,000 UK projects that transform the lives of almost 300,000 children and young people annually. They aim to bring out the best in every child, regardless of the issues they face. Their work supports children living in poverty, those who have been sexually exploited, children with disabilities, children experiencing domestic violence, and young carers caring for ill family members.

Role Overview: As the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the daily operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, cross-team collaboration, and line management of two staff members. This role focuses on managing the individual giving warm programme, which generates approximately £1.2 million annually, and supporting donor recruitment and stewardship to enhance supporter experience.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with confidence in executing various campaigns and developing strategies. Previous budget management experience is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team. Good knowledge of current individual giving trends and the ability to use audience insights for strategic decision-making to boost income and donor loyalty are also required.

Additional Details: This is a permanent, home-based position with occasional travel. The salary range is £34,925 - £37,420.
