Job Description

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for:

• Managing the regular giving programme, including appeals and donor acknowledgments.
• Creating, planning, delivering, and evaluating multi-channel supporter campaigns.
• Managing the fundraising agency.
• Developing operational plans for individual giving.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Collaborating with the team to produce supporter communications.
• Participating in team meetings and liaising with stakeholders.
• Promoting the charity's work through events and demonstrations.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Planning and managing individual giving programs.
• Marketing or direct marketing qualifications.
• Using direct marketing to recruit and retain supporters.
• Achieving targets and building supporter relationships.
• Working with CRM systems and managing data accurately.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
