Role Description

This is a full-time, predominantly on-site role for an Individual Giving and Fundraising Manager located in the Greater Sheffield Area. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our charity's individual giving strategy, focusing on digital fundraising, regular giving programs, and community events to create sustainable income streams from both individuals and business/other organisation supporters.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in individual giving or digital fundraising
• Strong digital marketing, people and social media skills
• Experience with developing and setting up donor collection methods
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems including GDPR
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in fundraising or the nonprofit sector
