As the Regional Face to Face Fundraising Manager you will play a significant role in the management of our regional F2F Fundraisers who work on our canal and waterway towpaths, attractions and museums, events, open days and private sites ensuring our Values & Behaviours and performance excellence standards are met on a consistent basis.
You will be responsible for all regional tactical planning, systems and ways of working associated with the face-to-face fundraising team.
The successful candidate will deliver the agreed results targets and KPI’s for the region in recruitment of Friends, Contactless Donations, Newsletter acquisition and any other new methodsand products; ensuring a positive and professional committment to local engagement and promotion of the Trust’s brand. You will support the delivery of events and engagement, and support the National F2F Fundraising Manager in the pursuit of championing and maintaining a high performance culture of results, behaviours and values outlined by the Trust.
Location & coverage
This is a hybrid role with mainly remote working for at least 60% of the week and work at local hub/home. It involves regular travel around the region to different sites. You will be assigned one of the below main hub spaces as as your formal base -
Relevant hubs: Leeds/Burnley/Ellesmere Port/Bradford/Anderton.
The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage.
Working Hours: 37 hours Wednesday - Sunday.

As this role is on the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 Exception Order applicants must state the details of any cautions or convictions whether spent or unspent on the self-disclosure section of the application form.This job involves regulated activity with children and adults at risk as defined by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
