Job summary

Fonoa is seeking an Indirect Tax Transformation Lead to help customers maximize value from our tax automation platform. You will drive adoption, guide implementation projects, and collaborate with customers and partners to secure renewals and expansion. This is a pivotal, ground-up role shaping the customer success strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with client needs, enabling efficient indirect tax processes and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of indirect tax process improvement experience or related business experience.
• Experience handling indirect tax (Sales/Use Tax, VAT) and/or corporate indirect tax compliance.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; project management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote adoption and usage of Fonoa’s indirect tax solutions during onboarding and implementation.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
• Manage customer portfolio from onboarding to renewal, aiming for high NPS and satisfaction.
• Monitor account health and align with customer needs to ensure successful deployments.
• Liaise with Product Team to relay customer requests and drive product enhancements.
