Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to join its established indirect tax function. This role involves ensuring VAT compliance, advising on indirect taxes, and focusing on technology and process transformation. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tax/accountancy qualification and expertise in VAT/GST rules.

Qualifications

• Ideally Tax/ Accountancy (CTA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ ATT) qualification.
• Knowledge of VAT/ GST rules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of indirect tax fillings and the returns process.
• Reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitoring of tax legislation changes.
• Monitoring indirect tax processes and controls and improving processes.

The Senior Indirect Tax Analyst sits within a well established indirect tax function of a globally recognised brand. The role reports into the Head of Indirect Tax and is responsible of all aspects of VAT compliance, advisory and project related work with a huge focus on technology and transformation.

• Monitoring indirect tax processes and controls and improving processes when possible
