We are working with a leading global consulting firm in London, UK that is looking for Indirect Tax Managers and Senior Managers to join its growing Financial Services Tax practice.

Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating go-to-market strategies
- Ensure delivery of quality work and manage the delivery team daily
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to support their development
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training of international tax professionals
- Manage team strategy and operations, including junior staff development and assignments
- Maintain and develop tax relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
- Negotiate effectively to gain buy-in and handle challenges
- Identify and convert business opportunities through proactive client management and new client acquisition
- Oversee the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical, business-driven solutions
- Ensure overall quality of client service
- Manage potential leads from other practice areas
- Build internal and external networks and relationships to benefit the team
Applicants must have the following:
- Legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided
- Relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly wealth and asset management, including real estate
- Project management skills: planning, prioritising, meeting deadlines, managing budgets
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualification, or equivalent; or full technical training for Tax Inspectors; or Law qualification, CTA or equivalent experience
- Strong client relationship-building and commercial awareness
- Negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenges and sustain opinions
- Business development skills: identifying and converting opportunities to sell services
- Practical and commercial experience advising clients or working in-house
- Effective time management and composure under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Team player capable of creating and managing effective, inclusive teams
