We are working with a leading global consulting firm in London, UK, that is looking for Indirect Tax Managers and Senior Managers to join its growing Financial Services Tax practice.

Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with evidence of go-to-market strategies
- Ensure delivery of quality work and manage the delivery team daily
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to support their development
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training international tax professionals
- Manage team strategy and operations, including junior staff development and assignments
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service
- Negotiate effectively, gaining buy-in and handling challenges
- Identify and convert business opportunities through proactive client management and new client acquisition
- Manage the delivery of technically complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical, business-driven approaches
- Ensure overall quality of client service
- Leverage leads from other areas of the practice
- Build internal and external networks and relationships for the team
Applicants must have the following:
- Legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly wealth and asset management, including real estate
- Project management skills: planning, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, monitoring budgets
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CA, Tax Inspectors with full technical training, Law qualification, or CTA
- Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
- Negotiation skills and ability to handle challenges
- Business development skills: identifying and converting opportunities
- Practical and commercial experience advising clients or working in-house
- Effective time management and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player capable of creating and managing effective, inclusive teams
