KPMG's Corporates Indirect Tax group focuses on the large corporates market. It is a well-established team of around 30 dedicated indirect tax specialists who assist UK and international headed groups with all their indirect tax advisory needs. The team has experts across various sectors.
We support our clients by managing and advising on projects within multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional teams. We provide specialist indirect tax advice on complex issues and are committed to pioneering and seeking new opportunities.
We are looking for an Indirect Tax Director to join our team. We welcome all high-quality candidates, especially those with direct experience in Consumer Markets or Process, Controls & Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Be market-facing, drive sales for allocated clients and target organizations.
- Engage in high-level conversations with senior stakeholders and introduce relevant specialists from across the firm.
- Lead by example in client relationships, technical quality, service delivery, and commercial aspects.
- Promote the team and personal profile within internal networks to foster collaboration and generate internal leads.
- Take the lead in designing and delivering proposals for new business opportunities.
- Participate in people development activities such as coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Identify key client issues that present opportunities for other KPMG teams and facilitate introductions.

- Proven track record of generating new business within Indirect Tax projects through internal and external activities.
