Location: Hybrid Birmingham (2 days on-site per week)

Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager with experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the HR & Professional Services category?

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a Greenfield Procurement function alongside a newly appointed Head of Procurement for a PE-backed firm.

Key Responsibilities

Develop key stakeholder relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations teams, positioning Procurement as a value-added business partner. Drive commercial value across a broad range of business-critical Indirect Procurement projects to support the organization's growth ambitions.

Candidate Profile
  • Be commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts.
  • Possess strong influencing skills and leadership qualities to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with executive management.
  • Be results-driven with a proven track record of achievement, adaptable to changing circumstances.
Experience Required
  • Experience in HR & Professional Services Procurement & Category Management.
  • Ability to influence and implement effective change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
  • Gravitas to influence stakeholders at all levels.
