Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager with experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the HR & Pro Services category?

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in developing a Greenfield Procurement function alongside a newly appointed Head of Procurement for a PE-backed Tech firm.

Role Responsibilities:

Key to your success in this role will be the ability to develop key stakeholder relationships with the HR, Finance, and Operations community, positioning Procurement as a "value-add" business partner. You will be tasked with driving commercial value across a broad range of business-critical Indirect Procurement projects to support the organization’s ambitious growth plan.

You will need to:

  1. Be commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts.
  2. Have strong influencing skills and leadership, with the gravitas to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with the executive management team.
  3. Be results-driven with a track record of achievement while adaptable in the face of adversity.

Experience Required:

  1. HR & Professional Services Procurement & Category Management experience.
  2. Skills to influence and drive effective change in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Self-motivation, tenacity, and a focus on delivery.
  4. Gravitas and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
