Job summary

TalentPool, on behalf of a leading hospitality business, seeks an experienced procurement professional for a London-based role managing indirect spend across Facilities Management, Consumables, Packaging, Uniforms and IT. You will lead tenders, negotiate with suppliers and drive category strategies within a multi-site environment.

The successful candidate will build strong supplier relationships, influence stakeholders, and use market insights to identify savings and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years' procurement experience across indirect spend categories.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Experience within hospitality, foodservice, facilities management or another multi-site environment would be advantageous.

The Role

Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Director, this is a broad procurement role managing a variety of spend categories across a complex, multi-site hospitality business.

The role offers a great balance between strategic category management and hands-on procurement. You'll lead sourcing projects, negotiate with suppliers and develop category strategies, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
