Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial markets, benchmarks, or index methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and data analysis ability.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Experience supporting multiple workstreams and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive meeting materials and records for Index Committee chairpersons.
• Support quarterly rebalances, annual methodology reviews, and index launches across multiple families.
• Identify process improvements using technology, including AI tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Lead and manage governance initiatives, tracking goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Assist in applying governance policies and ensuring compliance and best practices.
