Frasers Group, via Everlast Gyms, invites qualified Personal Trainers to grow their own business within a thriving UK gym brand. You’ll benefit from an established member base, marketing support and the freedom to earn 100% of your Personal Training income while you build your client roster.

The role offers opportunities for Group Training, workshops and member events, with ongoing training and career progression as part of the Everlast Academy inside a supportive Frasers Group ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification required
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership required
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above) required

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through MOVE
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience
• Promote bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture
