A leading mortgage advisory firm in the Greater London area is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser to provide high-quality advice across London. The ideal candidate will be CeMAP qualified with a proven background in the UK mortgage market, strong client management skills, and a robust understanding of the London property landscape. This role offers competitive commission splits, flexible working arrangements, and the autonomy to grow your own client base while receiving full support from the firm.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser in the UK market.
• Strong knowledge of the London property and mortgage landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Confident using CRM systems and lender portals.

Responsabilités

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and affordability.
• Advise on various mortgage products including first-time buyer and remortgage.
• Recommend associated protection products like life insurance and home insurance.
• Manage client relationships throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records per compliance requirements.
• Liaise with lenders and other third parties.
• Keep updated with market trends and regulatory changes.
• Generate new business through referrals and networking.
