Job summary

Scottish Autism Moray is seeking Support Workers to assist Lizzy with independent living in her community. You’ll help with daily routines, attend clubs, and encourage social activities in a supportive home environment.

Full training and shadowing are provided. The role requires confidence, flexibility, humour, and strong communication skills to help Lizzy enjoy activities and maintain routines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity is desirable.
• Ability to follow routines and support independent living skills.
• Willingness to learn through full training and shadowing.

Responsibilities

• Support Lizzy with developing independent living skills in her home.
• Assist participation in local clubs, activities and community outings.
• Promote social inclusion and encourage hobbies and outings.
• Support daily routines and ensure safety and well-being.
