Key is recruiting a Support Worker in Scotland (Bathgate area) to join a local team delivering person-centred support to adults with varying needs. You will help individuals live as independently as possible, promoting dignity and well-being with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.

With full-time and part-time contracts available, you will receive a competitive main rate of £13.85 per hour, induction and relief rates of £13.45, and enhanced pay for sleepovers and public

Formación

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights may be required.
• Commitment to a person-centred approach is essential.
