Job summary

Fussy Recruitment is seeking a dedicated support worker to help people we support live independently in the community. You will assist with daily routines, provide personal care when needed, support medication in line with care plans and help with meals and household tasks.

You will also support appointments, community activities, and promote choice, independence and social inclusion while following individual plans and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Supporting individuals with daily routines and independent-living skills.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Supporting medication in accordance with care plans.
• Helping with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.
