Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd (NCHA) is seeking compassionate Support Workers for our Supported Living and Community Outreach services to help people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and other complex needs achieve independence and life opportunities.

You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support, develop life skills, maintain tenancies and help access education, employment and leisure, while building meaningful
