Job summary

HR 4 Case Management Ltd in Solihull is seeking a Rehabilitation/Support Buddy to help Luke, a young man with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties, enjoy his hobbies like cars, gym, swimming and cooking. The role focuses on confidence and independence, safety, and building routines in a family home.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car. Hours include day shifts 08:00–22:00 and sleeping nights, with weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient attitude with enthusiasm and initiative.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Taking Luke to activities (track days, cycling, go-karting) and planning diverse activities.
• Encouraging Luke to be active (gym, swimming) and helping with meals and cooking hygiene.
• Supervising and supporting Luke in the home and during outings; upholding professional boundaries and safety.
• Assisting with personal care including toileting, showering, and dressing; helping with medications and emergencies with training.
