Ad Warrior Ltd in Solihull is hiring a Rehabilitation/Support Buddy to assist Luke, a lively young man with cerebral palsy who enjoys gym, cars and cooking. You will help maintain his confidence and independence, join him in activities, and keep professional boundaries at home.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own car; prior care experience helps but is not essential as full training is provided.

Formación

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Own car ownership is required.
• Candidate should be empathetic, patient and have good initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Take Luke to activities (track days, cycling, go-karts) and plan varied outings.
• Encourage Luke to stay active (gym, swimming) and help with meal planning and hygiene after cooking.
• Supervise Luke in public and at home, stay calm in crises and maintain professional boundaries.
• Assist with personal care and medications as needed, with full training provided.
