Job summary

Clayton Davies is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to join a successful wealth management firm in Manchester. You will inherit a full client bank and provide independent whole-of-market advice to clients.

Operate to high standards in a client-centric environment, maintaining records of advice and ensuring CPD is undertaken. A strong track record as a Financial Adviser and relevant qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Ideally Chartered Financial Planner status or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Operate to high standards in a client-centric environment, using a standardised process for advising clients and maintaining records of advice.
• Provide fully holistic independent whole-of-market advice to customers.
• Analyse clients’ circumstances and finances to establish suitable solutions for their needs.
• Ensure client outcomes adhere to Advice Standards and Consumer Duty Policy.
• Provide comprehensive verbal and written recommendations in line with best practice.
• Keep records in line with file quality requirements.
• Undertake and document CPD to maintain competence.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and compliance.

Education
