Job summary

Clayton Davies is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to join a successful wealth management firm. You will inherit a full client bank and provide holistic independent whole of market advice.

You will analyse clients’ circumstances, propose suitable solutions, maintain records to company standards, and ensure client outcomes meet Advice Standards and the Consumer Duty policy. A commitment to CPD and ongoing competence is essential.

Qualifications

• RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Ideally hold SPS (Statement of Professional Standing) by an FCA accredited body.
• Commitment to CPD and maintaining professional competence.

Responsibilities

• Operate to high standards in a client-centric environment with a standardized advice process and maintain records.
• Provide holistic independent advice to clients across whole of market.
• Analyse clients’ circumstances and finances to propose suitable solutions.

Our client, a successful wealth management firm, are looking for an Independent Financial Adviser to join the team. You will have a full client bank to inherit.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operating to the highest standards within a client centric environment, practicing a standardised process for advising clients and maintaining records of advice.
• Provide fully holistic independent whole of market advice to customers.
• Analysis of clients’ circumstances and finances to establish suitable solutions for their differing needs.
• Ensure client outcomes adhere to company Advice Standards and Consumer Duty Policy.
• Providing clients with comprehensive verbal and documented recommendations in line with the company’s best practice.
• Ensure best practice and client outcomes.
• Ensure that records are kept appropriately in line with the company’s record keeping and file quality requirements.
• Ensuring that competence to provide advice is maintained and a programme of CPD is undertaken and documented.

Do you have the following to apply?

• RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent), ideally studying towards or already achieved Chartered Financial Planner status.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser
• Ideally hold SPS Statement of Professional Standing by FCA accredited body
