Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) with progress towards or attainment of Chartered status highly regarded.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering regulated, holistic financial advice across investments, retirement planning, and protection.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commercial focus and ability to communicate technical recommendations clearly.
• Sound working knowledge of FCA regulatory standards and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, holistic financial planning strategies across pensions, investments, and protection with advisory autonomy.
• Capitalize on inbound referrals and marketing leads to build and expand a strong client base.
