Job summary

Nest Corporation invites applications to join its Employers’ Panel in London. As a panel member you will provide independent advice on the operation and development of the Nest scheme for employers, intermediaries and connectors, bringing fresh thinking and constructive challenge.

The role is hybrid (Canary Wharf, London and home) with quarterly panel meetings, preparation time and training. Remuneration is £2,040 per annum, paid monthly, for up to four years with potential for reappointment.

Qualifications

• First‑hand experience of using Nest’s employer services.
• Experience managing workplace pension arrangements.
• Experience with payroll systems or employer accounts, especially in small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent advice to Nest on operation and development of the scheme for employers.
• Contribute constructive challenge and fresh perspectives to strategic developments.
• Attend quarterly panel meetings and prepare materials.
