You'll build strong relationships across the business and outsourced providers, and act as a key point of contact with organisations such as The Pensions Regulator and HMRC. We're looking for someone who combines deep pensions knowledge with a collaborative and diplomatic approach, someone who can influence, build trust and help others navigate change and implement regulation with confidence. Joining a small, highly specialist team, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact and play an important role in supporting Nest's long‑term purpose of helping people achieve a better retirement.

  • Proven ability to assess and interpret legislative, regulatory and policy change, translating complex requirements into practical business actions.
