Job summary

Nest is seeking a Panel member to provide independent advice on the operation and development of the employer scheme. You will help ensure employer, intermediary and connector priorities shape Nest’s decisions.

As part of a small group, you will contribute insights, challenge ideas constructively and engage with Nest Corporation Board. The role emphasizes flexibility, diverse views, and real impact for employers. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience with employer services, payroll systems or employer accounts in small or micro businesses.
• Ability to bring independent perspective and think creatively under new ideas.
• Interest in representing younger members and bridging between employers and pension services.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent advice to Nest Corporation on operation and development of the Employer's Panel.
• Represent employers, intermediaries and members in strategic discussions and decisions.
• Prepare for and contribute to quarterly Panel meetings and related activities.
