Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is seeking an Approved Electrician to join our client's team to carry out electrical maintenance, reactive works and minor installation projects across a variety of sites in the UK. The role requires independence and the ability to work across diverse environments, delivering high-standard electrical work.

There may be opportunities to undertake Testing & Inspection duties for candidates with the relevant qualifications and experience, including an Enhanced DBS check as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and minor installation works.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Complete minor electrical installation and modification works.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs, replacements and remedial works.
• Install and replace electrical accessories, equipment and components.
• Undertake basic testing and inspection where suitably qualified.
• Complete electrical testing and certification where required.
• Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 requirements.
• Work safely and comply with site health & safety procedures.
• Complete job sheets, reports and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site staff and other contractors.
• Travel between sites as required.
