Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, with strong experience across complex corporate matters to lead client relationships and drive business development.

You will enjoy autonomy, flexible hours, and a collaborative network within a modern tech-enabled practice, earning a competitive share of billed fees (up to 85%); minimum 75% is guaranteed by the model.

Candidates with an existing client following or a clear business plan will be particularly attractive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Able to generate work through existing contacts and business development
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Responsibilities

• Lead as Corporate Solicitor Partner and participate in business development
