Job summary

Organic Growers Alliance is seeking an energetic income and partnerships role to help grow revenue for Northern Roots charity in Oldham. You’ll coordinate corporate bookings, events and room hire, and help develop new opportunities and a commercial offer.

You’ll oversee our shop and veg box scheme, support a growing network of on-site small businesses, and help shape a growing organisation. This fixed-term, full-time post ends 31 March 2027 with regular weekend work from August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate bookings, events and room hire.
• Oversee shop and veg box scheme.
• Support a growing network of on-site small businesses (beekeepers, yoga practitioners).
• Develop new opportunities and shape the commercial offer.
• Create inspiring experiences for visitors and partners.
