Court Lane Junior Academy invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse needs across one-to-one and small group activities. You will assist the Class Teacher, use inclusive teaching approaches, and help maintain resources, contributing to a calm, encouraging learning environment.

We welcome flexible, reliable and enthusiastic colleagues, ideally with experience of working with children with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups.
• Deal with challenging behaviour with firm but fair approach.
• ELSA qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist Class Teacher with activities and resources.
• Support children's learning and development across a range of activities.
• Promote inclusive environment and high standards of behaviour.
