Rushden Primary Academy is seeking two caring, committed SEND Teaching Assistants to join our growing inclusion team. Working under the SEND Teacher and Inclusion Team, you will support children with a range of needs from EYFS to Year 6, in mainstream classrooms or targeted provisions.

We value flexibility and a proactive approach to matching staff strengths with pupil needs. As an inclusive school, we provide strong professional development and a supportive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
• Able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Calm, resilient and solution-focused.
• Willingness to learn and improve practice.

Aufgaben

• Support children with a range of needs from EYFS to Year 6, within mainstream classrooms, through targeted interventions, or as part of enhanced provisions.
• Work under the direction of the SEND Teacher and wider Inclusion Team to deliver appropriate support.
• Match staff skills, experience and interests to the needs of our children wherever possible.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and promote the academy’s values.
