Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of TA experience, experience with SEND, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster a friendly, inclusive school community with high behavioural expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a teaching assistant.
• Experience with children with specific learning, physical and social needs.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• High expectations of pupil behaviour.
• Contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school prioritising pupil development and wellbeing.
