Qualifications

• Experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under guidance and maintain safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils and provide targeted support, including those with special needs.
• Assist with Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and personal care programmes.
• Support planning of learning activities and monitor progress.
• Build constructive relationships with pupils and promote inclusion.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress under teacher guidance.
• Support administrative and organisational tasks as required.
