Job summary

Academics Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking Learning Partners to support pupils with physical disabilities across Alternative Provision settings. You will work with teachers and therapists to make learning accessible and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with physical disabilities and additional needs.
• Support pupils to access classroom activities, learning resources and the wider school environment.
• Assist with mobility and personal care where required, following care plans and procedures.
• Promote independence, confidence and participation in learning and social activities.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to support individual needs.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and provide consistent encouragement and reassurance.
