Job summary

Share Community is seeking an Assistant Facilitator in London to join a small team delivering sessions that empower adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults.

You will support students in training centres and the community, helping them achieve personal goals while ensuring engaging, enjoyable learning. The role offers full-time (30 hours) or part-time hours in a dynamic charity setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care and providing services to adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults (paid or unpaid).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; patient and empathetic listening.
• Ability to lead sessions, projects, and activities with minimal support.

Responsibilities

• Support students to engage in a variety of projects and classes.
• Complete daily administrative tasks including recording learning information and wellbeing records.
• Deliver flexible delivery support for whole or part sessions.
• Plan and lead free time activities independently.
