Essex Cares Limited is seeking an Inclusive Employment Consultant to help customers, many with learning disabilities or autism, into employment, volunteering or community activities, with travel across Mid Essex.
The role is full-time, based in Chelmsford, requiring flexibility including evenings and weekends to meet customers and employers. We offer a supportive team, induction, and opportunities to develop qualifications and career progression.

Location: Chelmsford, with travel required across Mid Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are supported into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.
