Hft in Wales is seeking an Employability Coach to empower people with learning disabilities to gain paid work and grow independence. You’ll work with individuals on goal-setting, interview prep and on-the-job support, building confidence and creating pathways to sustainable employment within local communities.

The role is fixed-term until September 2027, with personalised coaching, collaboration with employers and partners, and a person-centred approach to help people realise their potential.

Aufgaben

• Support individuals to identify employment goals and take steps toward paid work.
• Help develop workplace skills and prepare for interviews.
• Arrange work experience, work trials and progression into paid employment.
• Provide tailored workplace support and practical coaching.
• Promote independence and enable tasks to be completed with guidance.
• Collaborate with employers to create opportunities.
• Identify risks and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with local organisations and families.
