Job summary

Careers Wales is seeking an Employability Coach for the Welsh Essential programme, based at Wrexham Careers Centre with occasional cover at Queensferry (Flintshire). The role involves guiding diverse clients toward education, training or employment and supporting confidence and action planning.

The post requires Welsh language competence at an intermediate level, 37 hours per week, and a commitment to flexible, person-centered guidance using both face-to-face and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills are essential (intermediate level).
• Experience in careers guidance or related advisory roles is desirable.
