Job summary

You will steer inclusion, ensuring SEND and pupil premium pupils are supported to succeed academically and personally, while driving high-quality teaching and robust systems to secure strong outcomes for all.

The successful candidate will drive whole-school improvement, work with staff and families, and engage external agencies to deliver measurable impact.
