The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Inclusive Design professional to lead projects across the UK and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a history of pushing boundaries in inclusive design, and a commitment to creating welcoming, accessible spaces that serve diverse populations.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive innovation within inclusive design, pushing the boundaries of current practices.
• Deliver solutions informed by research, data, and evidence, addressing needs related to age, gender, disability, faith, and cultural background.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality, inclusive outcomes.
• Advise across all project stages, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.

Qualifications

• NRAC consultant accreditation and proven experience in inclusive design.
• Additional accreditation in architecture, human factors, or related fields.
• Experience advising on inclusive design throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and guidance.
