Co-op Academy Leeds is seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to join the Behaviour and Inclusion Team. You will engage with students to overcome barriers to learning, working individually and in groups to support those with behavioural challenges.

You will have the opportunity to apply creative intervention strategies in a supportive setting, helping students thrive and reach their potential. The role offers a collaborative, values-driven environment within a Co-op Trust school.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students to overcome barriers to learning.
• Work with students on an individual basis and in groups.
• Implement intervention strategies to support behaviours and learning.
