Job summary

Term Time Teachers is recruiting an Inclusion Support Worker in Eastbourne for a welcoming primary school. The role focuses on helping pupils access learning, building confidence and ensuring inclusion within the classroom.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work with pupils with additional needs, and collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to promote positive behaviours and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Patient, calm and nurturing approach.
• Confident in supporting behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in school, SEN, childcare, youth work or support roles desirable.
