Job summary

Kingsway Community Primary School is seeking an inspirational Inclusion Assistant to support learning and emotional needs of pupils aged 4 to 11. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, with duties including 1-to-1 and group support, running intervention groups and liaising with outside agencies.

You will join a caring Warwickshire school within a Trust committed to safeguarding and professional development.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in a primary school setting preferred.
• Strong spoken/written English and numeracy skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning and strive for excellent outcomes, including those with SEND.
• Liaise with outside agencies for advice and support.
• Work with pupils on 1-to-1 and group bases as needed.
• Monitor progress and run intervention groups.
• Communicate progress with colleagues and adapt resources as needed.
