EMAT is a growing trust of schools, including Hardingstone Academy near Northampton, seeking an Inclusion Support Practitioner to join the SEN Department at Butterfly Meadow. The role focuses on supporting teachers, planning and delivering lessons, and helping pupils achieve high standards.

Responsibilities

• The role supports teachers in delivering high-quality learning by planning and delivering lessons, leading small group activities, and covering classes when required. This will help enhance student progress, manage behaviour, and contribute to the learning environment.
